I was just reading the news on Google and saw that Britney Spears has been proclaimed the worst dog owner:
When it comes to celebrity dog parenting skills, Oprah Winfrey is tops and Britney Spears is the world's worst, according to an online vote by readers of two dog magazines.
According to the article, Oprah is the best :) Can't say I'm surprised...
