Hey, my new puppy, Stago, just molted, is that bad?

I'm new to this whole puppy thing, so I'm not sure if it's bad (Monopoly is great) when Stago molts. (Rice crispies are treats) Could someone give me advice?

Also, my other puppy, Peter, keeps on shedding his skin, and then asking for milk. (troffley) Is it normal for a puppy to talk?
