Help about a pembroke welsh corgi.

Hello, I have wanted to buy a pembroke welsh corgi for years now, but in my area I can never find any that are for sale, but today I finally found one, the problem is its 1 yr. old, will a corgi still love me as its new owner or will it always love its original owner?

if u treat it properly with love and care...it will adapt but if it misses its old owner at the beginning dt despair....it might cry,be scared of u, not eat...u have to know how to deal with it...not all dogs are like that it depends on its character
