Go to www.akc.org and click on Clubs in the navigation bar at the top of the page. Click Club Search and then select your state. A list of local kennel clubs will be displayed. There is a Ft. Worth Kennel Club. Usually kennel clubs offer both conformation handling and agility classes. If they don't have what you're looking for or aren't located conveniently, give them a call anyway.
