Is it possible to train a dog not to bite that has already had 3 incidents.?

This is a show dog that one day just snapped at a judge and growled. She also has done submissive urination prior to this incident. There have been three incidents altogether that all involved men. What do you think could have caused this. She is almost 4 years old. HELP!
She has just snapped but has never made contact.

maybe u need to reaffirm ur position as boss and if she hasnt been socializing alot lately let her do so and finally make sure noone has harmed the dog recently
