How to train dog to walk properly on a leesh.?

Pease help! My dogs are Minature Pinchers 1& 2 years old. They will not walk on a leesh correctly, they pull, tug, & practically walk me. I have tried treats to reinforce good behavior, stopping, etc. to no resolve. Any suggestions? I can't afford obedience classes at this time.

shorten the leach when walking them therefore not letting them have the ability to roam around as freely as they want...i took classes with my dogs as how to walk properly...shorten the leach and when they try to push u forward push them backwards and push hard...walk each one on their own so u r more able to concentrate on each one...do this repeatedly for a few weeks and u should be fine
