Why do I keep finding little dry pellets on my puppies fur?

I googled worms in puppies and found out that these little dry pellets are either dead worms or the eggs. My puppy has been wormed and the vet gives her worm meds every 3 weeks. So why do I keep finding these? Should I worry about this or not?

ask ur vet why theyre always there..if he doesnt know then get a second opinion
