i've heard some newfoundlands continue to act like puppies for three years. is there any truth to this, because that would be like a 21 year old acting like a little kid. okay, insert obvious joke here, but seriously i'm curious.

I had a Springer Spaniel mix that acted like a puppy well into his double digits.

corgis seem to get younger as they get older.

miniature poodles stay young and zesty way into their teens.. Lovers , yet will play when you want them to, way into 12, 13 yrs old.

Well..... I raise and show Boxer dogs and they ARE puppies for life. Which..... when you have 5 of them in the house it's exhausting :)

But.... I wouldn't change one thing about them 'cause they are such an amazing breed. The absolutely perfect family pet.
