I adopted my dog Foxy from my local animal shelter. She is about ten months old and about 35lbs. I didn't know it at the time that she was an Austrailian Cattle dog mix, and when I brought her home she chased my cats . I thought that it was because she had to get used to them , but it's been over 2 months now and I still can't get her to stop. I have consulted the behavior specialist at my shelter and she had some suggestions that I tried and they don't seem to be working out too well. Any other suggestions?? I really love her and she gets along very well with my 1 yr old shepard /akita mix, but I want her to get along my cats so I can take down all the baby gates that I have put up in my house so she can't get to my cats.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
