Found Dog - Identify Breed?

A friend brought me this dog this week, after she found her walking down a 4-lane highway. She's absolutely adorable and a joy to have around and we would love to know what breed she is. She could be a terrier mix, but would anyone out there venture a guess to what the primary breed is? I've been told she looks like Toto, but I'm pretty sure she isn't a Cairn Terrier. She has a lot of features of an Affenpinscher, too, but I haven't seen any photos of one this color; although I've read about a "belge" color. Any Guesses???

Its a nice dog. Sorry, just had to say that :) My guess would be mainly Affenpinscher, and a mix of, maybe... Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever. That matches the color.

We posted fliers for the little dog we found, and after a week the owner finally found us. Benji's real name is Tippy and he's a poodle.
