Make Them Come When You Call Them
How are you training the recall?
Are you feeding the dog before training?
How old is the dog?
Does the dog really understand what you are asking him/her to do?

i have a crate for her and shes fully crate trained she knows when its bed time and if she does something bad she runs right in there. but when we were bringing in the groceries she ran out but this time she just kept walking away and i was nicely calling her at first then i started yelling and she stopped and then looked at me hen just kept walking.
I've put her in her crate when she never come when i call her, but the thing is she comes when i call her inside just not outside.
I've just diff times of day to let her outside in the backyard lose to see if maybe its just one thing getting her to pay attention.
shes almost 7 mo.
and yes she does know what i want her to do cause i say it to her all the time inside and listens, and she always listens well and I'm her world shes always with me, then anyone else in the house and never even listens to them when they tell her to do anything. So at lest she listens to me 99.9% out of the time compared to others.

Can I give a tip. It sounds like the puppy has already associate the recall (come) command as being bad.

You should never associate the crate as punishment.

It is very important that you don't train your puppy/dog off the lead until they know to come when you call.
Do the recall training before you feed your puppy. Have lots of training treats on hand (I use cut up hot dog weiners). The puppy should be on a long line about twenty feet long. Have your puppy in the backyard on the long line and when she is away from you start calling her back to you if she comes back to you give her a treat and give praise. If she doesn't come when called pull on the line (but make sure to not drag her) until she comes to you give treats and praise. You want to associate the come command with something happy and enjoyable. Make sure to not make the training sessions too long since the puppy will get bored.
It is also a good thing to train the sit/stay command as well. This will keep her from running out the door like she does.
It is best to find a obedience dog training class.

I think u should run the other way wen u call the dog.(most of the time the dog will run after u!)Or make a weird noise to get the dog to come!
