Papilloma in young dogs

Hi there I hope everyone and their for legged friends are doing well.I have a question on Papilloma in young dog. I have noticed with Akima (my 14 month old German Shepard) that she had a small growth on her lip I watched it for several days making notes on the different changes.then last night I noticed I had over looked something she has an even larger growth on her tongue roughly the side of it.SO this really began to worry me.She Is not in any pain as happy as ever not eating any less or drinking any less all is normal except for these now 2 lumps.I searched the web endlessly last night and Found this Papilloma which is a virus that young dogs can get apparently it is very common and as the dog matures so does the immune system. now the photos and explanations fit what I have been seeing to a T But Also says can go away on it's own or in some severe cases need to be removed surgically.Right now I am leaning towards waiting to see if it does go away to protect her from an unnecessary pain.but I would like to see if anyone here has had to deal with this before and if so what did they do to get through this.Thank You for your time Sincerely

Take her to a vet. Even the most experienced veterinarian cannot diagnose a dog over the internet. Point out the lumps and mention that you think it might be Papilloma. The vet should be able to take a sample and send it in for analysis. Get her in as soon as you can if it's developing this quickly.
