do you know??
It is a myth that dogs are color blind. They can actually see in color, just not as vividly as humans. It is akin to our vision at dusk.
Like human babies, Chihuahuas are born with a soft spot in their skull which closes with age. :D
The phrase “raining cats and dogs” originated in 17th century England when it is believed that many cats and dogs drowned during heavy periods of rain. :(
Dogs have no sense of “time”
An African wolf dog known as the basenji is the only dog in the world that cannot bark.

How come dogs have no sense of time? I doubt that. My dog can distinguish night from day. I've trained him to pee every morning. He knows what's the time for him to go outside.

hmmm..I doubt this fact too. But it must have held some truth in it. I think what you did to your dog is what we call CONDITIONING..you got your dog trained to pee in the morning or what time he has to go outside.

Dogs are good at counting as it is important to wild dogs to know how many are in their pack
Not sure about the time thing either. My dog back home has been waking up my parents everyday at 5am for the past 14 years.

I don't know exactly if they have a sense of time or not...But in my experience to my dogs...They know if its time to eat and to slip...Probably because it is they daily routine...

Dogs recognize routine based on what you, or what goes on around them. Dogs don't have a sense of time as far as if you leave them it is the same if you are gone for 15 minutes or 3 hours. They just think you have been gone a long time.

I always wondered how they could know dogs were colour-blind? Does anyone have any ideas?
