My 10 week old Rottie, Sophie, had one or two roundworms in her feces. We gave her (and her sister just to be sure) de-wormer but Sophie keeps vomiting up the medicine so It is not going to be effective. We gave them the same de-wormer last month and it worked like a charm on both of them. Is there anything a vet will be able to do apart from what I am doing now? Also, there is this really wierd gurgling in her belly... when you lay your hand on her tummy it's almost like a moving, buzzing vibration. Is that just digestion or can it possibly be the worms?
