Dog vomiting what appears to be stool

This isn't the first time it's happened, but my 7 month old puppy just vomited quite a bit of very soft stool. She appears absolutely fine otherwise. She had eaten dinner about an hour ago, but I didn't see any of her dinner, just the stool (and it smelled like feces too).

She does eat her own stool if she gets the opportunity, but I know she didn't eat any today because she was walked outside on a leash every time she was outside.

Should I call the vet?
