My dog and Warm weather..

I dont know if its just my dog, but this crazy warm weather here in toronto (37oC) is really killing my dog.
I want to take him out but I feel bad. What can I do to make him happier in this kind of crazy climate?

and yes i know he needs water lol

You can go to morning walk at the time of sunrise or before that.

You can take it to the park in the evening...

Here, In India, temperature goes up to 47oC.

I take my dog to morning walk along with me n in evening, in the park or to the lake view where it can play freely.
