New Dog

I just adopted a new dog from the pound. So far so good with my other two. They are coming around, but I could use any advice to smooth the transition. Thanks

Don't worry.
The new one will take some time to manage himself with other two, same with the others.

Walking and playing together work wonders. If you have some people to help (Or if you can walk all of them) then walk the dogs together. It helps them bond with you as the leader, with them as followers (As long as they heel anyway :) )
