Japanese Chin with diarrhea

My Japanese Chin has had diarrhea (consistency is just light brown water) for 3 days. I have given her Immodium, but it doesn't seem to have done any good. She isn't eating very much at all. She is drinking water. She doesn't act sick though.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
