K9 Advantix works incredibly well. I had Gunther on Frontline for years and while it did a decent job of keeping the ticks from latching on it didn't keep them off him. More often than not even though I would check Gunther for ticks before coming in the house after a walk I'd end up seeing one crawling on him later in the house (he's a very light yellow lab, almost pure white, so luckily it's easy to spot them from a distance). The final straw was a few months ago when I was walking Gunther and he got into some tall grass. When he came out he was covered with ticks. I was fed up with the Frontline and decided to give the K9 Advantix a try. The Advantix actually repels the ticks. Since switching him over a few months ago I haven't found a single tick on Gunther. It works so well, I don't even worry about him getting into the brush any longer. My only regret is that I didn't make the switch sooner.

K9 Advantix is a great flea preventative. It's easy to use, good for puppies over 7 months and kills 98-100 percent of biting fleas in about 12 hours.
