New to site question about lab growth

I have a 9 month old chocolate lab. He seems to have grown pretty quick in his young months to about 60 lbs now. By now i thought maybe he should have grown a little bigger as far as taller and his body filling out. for like the last month it seems like he has not grown at all. He is half the size of most full grown labs i have seen. I am just curious to know if he is going to hit another growth spirt or is he done growing at 9 months. Maybe i am just being inpatient but I cant wait for him to get to be a big dog.

Don't know much about how Labs grow but I'm sure someone here will help you. I too am new to the site . How is his training coming? I am thinking about getting a lab for my next obedience dog. Is your puppy English bred? That type of Lab does tend to be stockier and heavy built. Field bred Labs are leaner. That's all I know :).
