my beagle keeps licking herself and is also bleeding. just was wondering if anyone knew about this kind of thing??

yeah if she is bleeding and is at least 6 months old is would say she is in heat

by getting her spayed ASAP.

once a dog has gone into its first heat her risk of cancer goes up 80%. the longer you wait the more danger she is in for a serious, often fatal, uterine infection called pyrometra.

don't let her outside for an instant without you right there on the other end of the leash. the odor of a female in heat can travel for up to 2 miles & the boys will come a running

heat lasts for 3 weeks
