McNeil Labradors, located in the Piedmont Region of North Carolina is a small kennel and hobby breeder founded in 1993, consisting of well bred, quality, English lines. Breeding management is well-defined with emphasis on breed research and dedication toward improving, preserving, and protecting the Labrador Breed from indiscriminate and unethical breeding. My breeding goals and initiatives are based on producing puppies with outstanding genetic qualities of health, with kind, and loving temperaments. I strive to enhance and maintain a high degree of intelligence and trainability for obedience and therapy, and overall versatility from show ring conformation to a day at the hunt.

Lighthouse Labradors is located on the Beautiful Albemarle Sound. We breed the English type Labradors that are an attribute to the Labrador standard. Our Labradors have excellent temperaments.
