I have been showing & breeding dogs since 1977, Ridgebacks since 1984. I am a member of the Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of the United States & Kennel Union of South Africa. Assegai is a small hobby kennel breeding AKC Rhodesian Ridgebacks with an international flair. I strive for correct temperament in a healthy, beautiful body & breed using the best of US & imported lines. My dogs live in my home & have appropriate health clearances in place prior to breeding as per the RRCUS code of ethics. The dogs are AKC registered & compete in AKC events. My breeding dogs are AKC titled or on the way. Priority is given to those seeking a loving companion, not just a show dog. All pet puppies are sold with AKC limited registration, warrentee & spay neuter contract. Show puppies by contract. Stud service to approved - health screened bitches only. Adult dogs occasionally available.
